Mountain Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick butter or oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    1 large can fruit pie filling
Preparation
    Melt butter in 2-quart baking dish.
    Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk.
    Pour batter into butter (do not stir). Add can of fruit.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
