Beef And Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    2/3 c. water
    3 or 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    Mozzarella cheese (thin slices or shredded)
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and drain grease.
    Add spaghetti sauce and water.
    Stir and cook 1 minute.
    Put half the mixture in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Layer 3 or 4 medium potatoes, thinly sliced, over the mixture.
    Put rest of meat sauce over the potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove foil. Arrange thin slices of Mozzarella cheese or shredded Mozzarella cheese over casserole.
    Bake uncovered until cheese is melted.
