Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    3/4 c. flour
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs; gradually add 1 cup sugar, then add the next six ingredients.
    Mix well.
    (Can sprinkle crushed nuts over batter.) Bake in well-greased and floured jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Have ready a clean dish towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
    Turn cake onto towel and sprinkle a little more sugar (powdered) over top.
    Gently roll towel and all and set aside to cool.
    Take remaining ingredients for the filling and beat together.
    When cake is cool, carefully unroll cake, spread with filling, reroll and chill.
    Can freeze.
