1 baked pie shell
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/4 c. Cool Whip
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
1/4 c. pecan pieces
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. cold milk
Preparation

Beat cheese and sugar smooth; blend in topping.
Sprinkle nuts on baked crust.
Cover with cheese and topping mixed.
