Oriental Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck, drained
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 envelope brown gravy mix
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 (1 lb.) can bean sprouts, drained
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions in skillet; drain.
    Stir in gravy mix, water, soy sauce, tomato and bean sprouts.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Turn into 2-quart casserole.
    Top with spoonfuls of potato topping (recipe follows).
    You can use instant potatoes or leftover creamed potatoes.
