Mexi-Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large yellow onion, chopped
    1 large red pepper, chopped
    2 large boned chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
    1 c. mild salsa, strained
    1 1/2 c. Colby cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 c. Jack cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    In a skillet, saute the onion and pepper in oil.
    Add the chicken pieces and saute until all juices have evaporated and the chicken is cooked.
    Transfer to a greased (sprayed with Pam) 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
