Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
1 large onion
1 large can tomato sauce
1 can enchilada sauce
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 pkg. corn taco shells
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook meat and onion together.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add tomato and enchilada sauces.
In a casserole dish, put in corn taco shell.
Add some meat and sauce mixture.
Add some of both cheeses. Add other shells, more mixture, then cheeses and keep layering until all ingredients are used.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in oven for 30 minutes.
May adjust amounts to your taste.
