Oven Baked Italian Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small baking potatoes, scrubbed
    oil
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/4 c. prepared Zesty Italian dressing
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Rub skins of potatoes with oil; cut in half lengthwise.
    Score cut surface of each potato by carefully cutting 1/8 to 1/4-inch deep slices diagonally at 1/2-inch intervals.
    Repeat with perpendicular cuts to form a diamond pattern.
