Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat the eggs until frothy in a mixer or blender.
    Beat in the milk and butter.
    Slowly beat in the flour and salt.
    The mixture should be light but not foamy.
    (If it is bumpy, strain it.)
