Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. oats (quick-cooking)
2 c. sour cream
2/3 c. melted butter (real butter)
4 eggs
2 c. light brown sugar, packed
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine oats and sour cream.
Stir in butter, eggs and brown sugar until well mixed.
Stir together flour, soda, salt and baking powder.
Stir into oatmeal mixture just until blended.
