Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
4 slices light bread, diced
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

Beat eggs; add milk, salt and dry mustard.
In 8 x 12-inch casserole dish, put diced bread (evenly).
Put sauteed sausage evenly over bread.
Cover with grated cheese.
Pour over the egg mixture.
Put in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours, or overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Cut in squares to serve.
