Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, diced chicken or turkey
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. diced apples
    1 c. orange sections
    1/2 c. halved green grapes
    2 c. chopped celery
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Toss chicken with soy sauce.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
    Mix fruit with celery.
    Add chicken; mix again.
    Chill.
