Rice Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 c. raisins, soaked in brandy
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
    1 c. rice, cooked
Preparation
    Soak raisins in brandy; set aside.
    In a bowl, put eggs, milk, raisins, sugar, rice and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Put in a buttered loaf pan.
    Put into a larger pan with water.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0. Before putting in oven, sprinkle the nutmeg on top.
