White House Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 lb. pork shoulder
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. meat broth (from pork shoulder)
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt or to taste
    1 1/2 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Boil pork for 30 minutes per pound in enough water to cover. (Add more, if needed.)
    Remove from juices.
    Strain meat juice to get 1 cup and let meat cool.
