Chicken-Tomato Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/3 c. All-Bran or Bran Buds
    1/4 c. rice, uncooked
    2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
Preparation
    In large frypan, cook mushrooms, onions and garlic in oil until tender.
    Stir in reserved mushroom liquid, salt, pepper, thyme and tomatoes, cutting tomatoes into pieces.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in All-Bran, chicken and rice.
    Cover tightly and simmer about 35 minutes or until rice is tender.
