Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Soak bread in water 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add eggs and mix well. Combine with ground beef, cheese, parsley, salt, oregano and pepper.
    With wet hands, form into small balls.
    (Makes about 24.)
    Brown slowly in hot oil.
    Serve as appetizers or with spaghetti.
