Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Cream butter well.
    Add flour slowly.
    Blend and add cheese, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Shape into long rolls, wrap in waxed paper.
    Keeps in freezer indefinitely.
    Keeps in refrigerator for 1 week.
