Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced potatoes
    1/2 c. onions, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 c. milk
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Boil potatoes, onions and celery slowly until tender; set aside.
    Melt butter.
    Remove from heat and add flour.
    Heat milk (do not boil).
    Add butter mixture to milk.
    Now add potatoes. Cook another 5 minutes.
    Serve hot with cornbread or hoecakes. Very good!!
