Chicken Fried Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 egg beaten
1- 2 3/8 oz. pkg. seasoned coating mix for chicken
shortening
Preparation

Combine beef, onion, salt, and pepper, mix well.
Shape into six patties.
Dip patties in beaten egg, then in coating mix. Slowly brown on both sides in small amount of hot shortening, about 15 mins.
