Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. self-rising flour
    4 Tbsp. powdered milk
    3/4 c. Wesson oil
    1 beaten egg
    2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients then add oil, egg, and water. Mix and spoon into greased muffin tin, about 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remaining mixture can be stored in refrigerator for 1 week in air tight container.
