Quick Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. shortening
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients.
Beat until fluffy and pour into greased 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with remaining 3 ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve warm with whipped cream.
