Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. shortening
1 egg, well beaten
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Cut shortening into flour and salt. Combine egg, water and vinegar. Pour liquid in all at one time. Blend with spoon just until flour is all moistened. Can be refrigerated up to 2 weeks. Makes 2 double crusts.
