Ingredients

1 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 c. butter
2 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
granulated sugar
Preparation

Soften the yeast in the warm water. Cream the butter in a large bowl.
Blend in the flour, yeast mixture and vanilla. Shape dough into 1 1/2-inch balls. Roll in granulated sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Let rise 15 minutes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
