Black Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sliced scallions
    1 tsp. garlic, minced
    2 tsp. oil
    chicken broth
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained
    1/4 c. cilantro
Preparation
    Saute scallions and garlic in oil.
    Add chicken broth and black beans and cilantro.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Puree.
    Serve with sour cream and lime juice.
    Serves approximately 4.
