Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
    1 doz. corn tortillas
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can soup milk
    2 cans mild enchilada sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat, salt and pepper and onion.
    Drain.
    Pour enchilada sauce in bowl.
    Dip (one at a time) tortillas in sauce.
    Line bottom of pan with tortillas.
    Pour soup and milk in bowl.
    Mix well, then layer on top of tortillas.
    Repeat soup, cheese and sauce.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
