1/2 c. uncooked regular white rice
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
1 can tomato soup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 can water
