Ingredients

1 lb. carrots (or more)
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. brown sugar or 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
Preparation

Pare and cut carrots very thin.
Put with margarine in frying pan.
Cover, but stir them often.
When getting soft, add the brown sugar or maple syrup.
Watch closely.
Cook until tender.
