Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. coarsely crushed pretzels
1/2 c. W. W. margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
10 pkg. artificial sweetener
8 oz. pkg. lite whipped topping
1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry sugar-free gelatin
4 c. unsweetened strawberries
2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together and put in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan; bake 8 minutes at 400\u00b0; cool completely.
Beat Ricotta and sweetener together.
Fold in whipped topping. Carefully spread over pretzel layer.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add strawberries and chill until thickened.
Spoon over cheese layer; let chill overnight or until completely thickened. Makes 8 servings.
