Ingredients

1 c. vinegar
1 c. dry mustard
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
Preparation

Mix vinegar and mustard together.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Add eggs and sugar.
Bring all of this to slow boil in pan and let cook until the mixture coats the back of a spoon (about 10 minutes).
Cool and refrigerate.
