Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg
    1 c. fresh blueberries
    6 Tbsp. artificial sweetener
    lemon peel, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Combine Bisquick and 3/4 cup artificial sweetener.
    Make a well in center of mixture and add sour cream and egg all at once.
    Beat with a fork until well combined. Gently fold in blueberries.
    Put 1/4 cup of batter in each muffin cup.
