Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. rice
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of salt
    nutmeg to taste
    cinnamon to taste
    3 c. milk
    2/3 c. heavy cream
    butter
Preparation
    Put rice in buttered dish.
    Add sugar, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Mix.
    Add milk and mix.
    Add heavy cream and mix.
    Dot top with 2 tablespoons of butter.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 (slow oven) for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
