Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 can beer
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Add beer and beat.
    Add egg and beat again.
    Pour into oiled loaf pan.
    Bake immediately at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
