Rice & Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli (cook until tender & drain)
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2/3 c. milk
    1 small onion
    1 stick oleo
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 med. bell pepper
    1 small jar chopped pimento
Preparation
    Cook frozen broccoli until tender and drain.
    Saute onion and bell pepper in oleo.
    Mix all ingredients together and bake in large oblong greased pyrex.
    Sprinkle with 1 cup grated American cheese.
    Bake 30 min. at 325\u00b0.
    Serves 14-16.
