Baked Peach Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced peaches
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine butter and sugar; add dry ingredients to mixture in small amounts, alternating with milk.
    Spread over fruit which has been arranged in a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
