Curried Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of paprika
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. catsup (1/4 c.)
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    1 1/2 c. clean shrimp
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Melt oleo; add next 4 ingredients and stir.
    Add milk.
    Add catsup, sherry and shrimp and mix over heat until thick.
    Combine with rice.
    Bake in casserole dish at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
