Bread And Butter Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. big dill pickles
    1 1/2 c. sugar (2 c. if you want real sweet)
    1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. pickling spice
    1/2 garlic head
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    salt (add a little, if desired)
Preparation
    Drain and wash pickles. Slice crosswise. Pack in jar with garlic buds (cut in half) and put them between layers.
