Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. Crisco shortening
1/4 c. cold water
Preparation

Sift flour.
Combine flour, salt and Crisco in a mixing bowl. Add water; mix.
Shape into 2 equal size balls.
Roll dough. Makes two 9-inch pie crusts.
