2-Egg Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 eggs
    2 1/4 c. cake flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Cream the shortening and sugar at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add vanilla extract and eggs. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Add to creamed mixture with milk.
    Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 370\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
