Strawberry Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 c. white sugar, sifted
3/4 c. frozen strawberries

Preparation

Beat egg white until stiff peaks form.
Add sugar slowly to egg white.
Add frozen strawberries and beat exactly 20 minutes.
No cheating!
