Kiss Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. sugar
    dash of salt
    2 c. milk, scalded
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. powdered sugar
    2 sq. chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks slightly; add sugar, salt and slightly cooled milk.
    Cook in double boiler, stirring constantly, until mixture coats spoon.
    Add vanilla.
    Spoon into 4 serving dishes.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; fold in powdered sugar and melted chocolate. Pour on top of custard.
    Chill before serving.
