German Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) bag sweet cooking chocolate
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In medium size saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate and butter.
    Add milk, coconut, sugar and eggs. Stir until well blended.
    Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake 30 minutes until knife inserted in center of filling comes out clean. Serve pie warm or at room temperature. Top with whipped cream or ice cream. Serves 8.
