Crusty Tuna Pie(4 To 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cubed potatoes, uncooked
    2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/4 c. water
    6 1/2 oz. can tuna
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine the potatoes, carrots, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, water and tuna.
    Cover and boil slowly for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
    Stir in soup; pour into greased casserole dish.
    Cover with buttered bread triangles. Bake in a hot oven at 400\u00b0 until lightly browned.
