Scott'S Low-Fat Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can tuna
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can chickpeas
    1 c. frozen peas, thawed
    1/2 box cooked spiral macaroni
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley (optional)
    fat-free Ranch dressing
Preparation
    Mix ingredients; add dressing to taste.
