Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
1 c. green peppers, chopped
1 c. onions, chopped
1 tsp. celery seed
1 (5 oz.) can pimentos
Preparation

Toss together and place in jars or other container.
Allow at least 24 hours storing time so that flavors will combine.
