Weight Watchers Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tomato juice
    2 c. water
    3 to 4 c. cabbage, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion flakes
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    3 pkg. George Washington broth (dark)
    dash of garlic salt
    salt and pepper
    1 can mushrooms and liquid
    1 can French-style green beans and liquid
Preparation
    Cook until tender, about 40 minutes.
