Cheese Egg Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs, beaten
    1 pt. small curd cottage cheese
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    4 green onions, chopped and sauteed in 1 Tbsp. margarine
    3/4 to 1 lb. sausage, crumbled, fried and drained
Preparation
    Make the night before.
    Beat eggs.
    Blend in cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Store in Tupperware in refrigerator.
    When ready to bake, pour in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish that has been sprayed with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
