Butter Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cake flour
    2/3 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, baking powder, salt and butter as for pie dough. Add milk and slightly beaten egg.
    Work in sugar after dough is made (last of all).
    This helps to make dough keep its shape.
