Spicy Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 pork tenderloins (about 1 lb. each)
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients; rub over tenderloins.
Cover and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
Grill over hot coals 15 minutes per side or until juices run clear.
Makes 8 servings.
