Jim'S Rice Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. Egg Beaters
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cooked rice (more or less)
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt.
    Mix together with remaining ingredients and pour into a buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Set the bowl in a big pan of hot water.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
