Mexican Chicken Casserole(It'S Hot) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked, boned and cut into small pieces
1 onion, chopped and browned in butter
1 c. chopped green chili peppers
3 cans cream of chicken soup
2 bottles taco sauce (1 red and 1 green; 8 oz. each)
1 (6 1/4 oz.) bag Doritos tortilla chips, crushed
1/2 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix chicken, onion and chili peppers.
Mix together soup, taco sauce, chips and cheese.
Mix together in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Serves 8 to 10.
Sprinkle top with some chips and cheese.
